[FAB-3988] Add Auction API Driver in Test Suite

Shell script for running the Auction App in the Daily/Weekly Test Suite
The script performs the following transactions
- Create/Fetch Users
- Create/Fetch Auction Items (Images)
- Open Auction for an Item
- Submit Bids
- Transfer Item
