Update and cleanup up the logrus package

Logrus is currently vendored as part of the go-dockerclient
(through its use of Docker packages).  There were a bunch of
weird files in there and logrus would not compile on OSX. This
patch updated logrus by using govendor fetch.

(fixed typos)
