does k3s embed etcd support multi zone for one k3s cluster?

we have two idc that can connect each other, in this situation that k3s embed etcd can support ha?

i have some questions need help

1. when we use embed etcd, secondary zone down, primary zone can work well because of etcd is health, so k3s is health
2. but primary zone is down, because of etcd election i need to recover etcd, in this situation, i think two methods
   2.1 i change secondary etcd cluster to single etcd so k3s can work well, but i can't find some documention in k3s offical web site
   2.2 secondary has already two etcd , Is there any other way to recover etcd cluster?
