Copilot in IntelliJ IDEA on Linux auto complete does not work

When working with Intellij (e.g 2024.3.3 - which is the latest right now) , CoPilot plugin works great.

BUT unfortunately when trying to work with copilot inside devcontainer in Intellij ,
the automatic code complete does not work and also embeeded chats.
The chat in the seperated panel is the only thing that works .

e.g, take this devcontainer.json and see also in the video it does not work :

I also have the same problem, and I have tried many ways to solve it. Since I upgraded the plugin “copilot 1.5.35-242”, the auto complete had stopped working! And I returned the version to 1.5.34-424 also not work.

@WngWai do you know if there is any official other channel that someone from copilot can take a look on it ?
