Difference in results between this version of SplitLab and version on SplitLab website.

Recently I used the version of SplitLab available here for some splitting measurements and noticed that the same done on the SplitLab website gave me different results. Even the good or null readings are not coming out the same. How do I fix this? I plan on using SplitLab for my MS-THESIS.
