Issue with diagnostic viewer

In the diagnostic viewer, I am not getting a good result. how can

The waveform is good. But the result is not good at all. how to fix this? And also the gray area marked in waveform in box of top left how to change the x axis. I could not able change the x-axis. Kindly help me with this.
