This is a script to run anytime to update all links in the link service database to point them to fedora.
You will need to probably get a fresh copy of the fedora_urls.csv file before the final run, if the person doing the final run is not me.
N.B.: There is NO qa link service at this time, nor will there be one before we run this. As such, keep in mind all testing is live. I'd recommend doing a small batch to test.
