Add Equipment status to Category show view

When talking to Stanford they mentioned wanting the ability to view equipment item availability / status from the Category level in addition to the Equipment Model level. Currently our category show view is pretty useless, so this would be a nice improvement.

Working on adding a table of models, which will give the number currently available, number checked out, number overdue, and total number of objects of each model.

That looks great! One thing that just came to mind - since we're completely overhauling our views in #1116, most of the view changes you made may need to be updated to fit with the new Bootstrap styling (it occurred to me since the search box appears to be in a div that's narrower than the table itself). I have two recommendations - first, let's put this on hold until that PR gets reviewed and merged in, then you can merge master into here and make sure the table fits with the new styling. Second, this looks like a much more useful table than what we currently have on the equipment model index page (/equipment_models), so let's put this information there as well (again, once we've merged in the Bootstrap upgrade). Nicely done!
