Indicate deactivated status

Deactivated models/categories/items should have a deactivated badge the same way users have badges to indicate their role. This is a minor issue but would go a long way to prevent confusion; at the moment it isn't at all obvious if an equipment item is deactivated (specifically models, though categories and objects should also be investigated).

I like this, it shouldn't take too long to implement. Let's try to get it done in v4.2.0.
