Catalog availability counts not updating with cart updates

Expected: I change the cart dates and the catalog availability counts update to reflect those dates
Currently: I change the cart dates and the catalog availability counts remain the same.

Whoops... regression from v3.4, let's get this fixed :-)

Nvm, this is a duplicate of #718, closing

On second thought, this isn't actually a duplicate (#718 refers to adding/removing items from the cart, this refers to updating the dates). Re-opening, continuing to work on this.
