Late fee e-mails should include link to reservation

I just wrote up a whole issue about how archived reservations send late fee e-mails, but that was because I got confused about which reservation I was dealing with. We should refactor late fee e-mails (first of all, markdown-ify the notes) to include a link to the reservation in question.

We're already using markdown in some e-mails, we just have to transfer the functionality to all of them.

Rspec isn't initializing with configuration (there's a TODO in the comments, not sure which issue it is), configuration variables like the message body aren't being initialized with Rspec

The TODO shouldn't make a difference in terms of the objects available to RSpec to test, could you be more specific about the errors you're seeing and what you've been trying to do?

I'm trying to see the absolute links in the emails through RSpec. I've edited the existing HTML templates to use link_to. The syntax specifies to use config.action_mailer.default_url_options to specify host url in order to generate an absolute link. default_url_options is already implemented in each of the environments so they should work when run, but on RSpec it still shows only the relative link.

The existing email templates should all have been using absolute links, we made sure of that last semester. How are you verifying the link targets?
