Clicking on EquipmentItem name in Reservation should take you that equipment's page

Currently it links to /equipment_models/:id#items, it should really link to /equipment_objects/:id. This has frustrated me forever, I'm just going to fix it 😄

Fixed. The link target remains the same for reservations without equipment items but changes once an item is associated with the reservation. Note that #1081/#1136 will need to take this change into account or vice versa, depending on the PR merge order.
