Reservation index page: add option to filter by due date

The reservation index page automatically filters by start date; there should be an option to toggle by due date. We should also consider adding sane defaults for each category; eg filter by due date when viewing "Returned Overdue" though I'm personally wary of adding in non-intuitive/well documented variations in behavior.

I think this is superseded by #1432, where we're including any overlap with those dates, not just start date overlap. Closing.
