ToS reset checkbox is centered

So, I believe it's something to do with the way the checkbox for the ToS is defined in app/views/app_configs/_form.erb:

<%= f.input :reset_tos_for_users, input_html: {type: 'checkbox', value: '1'}, label: "Force all patrons to accept the TOS again?", :hint => "i.e., if patrons need to be aware that the terms of service have changed." %>

Whereas, the rest of the checkboxes are defined as:

<%= f.input :upcoming_checkin_email_active, label: 'Send equipment check-in reminders?', hint: 'When enabled, patrons will get an email reminding them that reservation(s) are due.' %>

where I assume they are by default checkboxes (boolean)?

However, when I tried to remove the input_html: {type: 'checkbox', value: '1'} section for the ToS checkbox, it errors with undefined method 'reset_tos_for_users' for #<AppConfig:0x007ff87676bf08>.

I am not familiar with how simple_form works exactly. Is there some other place I need to configure so that reset_tos_for_users can be used as a checkbox name?

As far as I know, Simple Form generally looks for model parameters and defines input fields based on their types (e.g. upcoming_checkin_email_active is a boolean parameter of AppConfig), but now we're trying to add a custom form input that's not tied to a model parameter. Maybe something along these lines? See if you can find a way to work within the Simple Form DSL to generate non-model-based inputs.
