Search for "flip" crashes app

Found during testing of BMEC dev instance, searching for "flip" crashes the app. Other searches don't seem to be affected, it's probably database-related. Separately we can't seem to figure out where the logs are on the new Capistrano deploys - I'll open a separate issue for that.

Figured it out, we left out a few lines in the EquipmentObject / EquipmentItem renaming (see #1081). I'll do a second search and then open a PR.

Weird thing - looks like our old production databases have some left over stuff after migration to our latest version. It appears as though our migrations don't take care of everything and that could be due to the migration rewriting / weirdness that occurred before my time. I'll open a new issue with an example of the differences of our current db/chema.rb and the result of migrating the current BMEC databases.
