Intra-day Reservations

Someone just requested the ability to have intra-day / hour-by-hour reservations. This would be a significant feature and doesn't really fit with the use cases of our on-campus clients, but technically it's just a matter of abstracting time into smaller chunks (e.g. blackout hours) and updating all of the validation and backend logic so that we're dealing with DateTimes, not Dates. Definitely an item for the wish list, but something to keep in mind for the future.

This was requested by BYU, so I'm reopening this for discussion:

It would be great if the reservations could be set to pickup and check in on certain hours. This would help if we wanted to reserve lab computers through the system and not lock down a computer for a whole day. However, if you did this, you would have to add hours to the blackout rules as well.

I still feel like this might be too much feature creep to add but we should chat about it.
