Failed documentation uploads generate delete checkbox

If you try to upload a non-pdf file as equipment model documentation, the "Delete Current Documentation?" checkbox is shown, even though the upload failed. Checking it and then attempting to update the equipment model results in a "No such file or directory @ unlink_internal" error.
