Feature request: allow users to view when fully-reserved equipment is next available #333

Description
If all equipment items are fully reserved for a given model during user-specified start/end dates, the catalog view should display when the item is next available. Currently, users have to manually adjust start/end dates to determine when they can reserve popular equipment.
