[Feature Request] Add notes field for reserver

Not an issue, just a suggestion as a checkout person - it would be nice if there could be a notes field for the reserver (similar to checkin and checkout note fields) when a staff member makes a special reservation for the reservee. For instance, when a patron has a reservation for more than one type of equipment, it would be nice to see that an admin approved of the special reservation. This would ease any possible confusion about such reservations.

I'll look more into this on Wednesday and clean up this issue.

If I'm understanding this correctly, this is asking for the ability of the checkout person or admin who creates a reservation (but does not immediately check it out) to leave notes for why validations were overridden. We might even make it mandatory, so admins can't just click away from responsibility.

That seems reasonable. :)
