List of returned reservations crashes browser

The current BMEC list of returned reservations (with almost 15,000 items) takes forever to load and crashes my browser after the server finally sends a response. I think we might want to only request small samples of reservations, presumably date-based (e.g. last week, last month, etc) and with some kind of record cap so everything still runs.

Interestingly enough, bullet turns up an n+1 query when loading a list of reservations. Loading a list of 15k items would have resulted in ~45k+3 db calls, since we're requesting the names of equipment objects, reservers, and equipment models in this table.

This shouldn't be too hard to implement seeing as we've got something similar for reports. Let's get this in v4.2.
