Checked-in-on-Checkin-Day counted as Overdue

rather minor, but items that were checked in on the day they were due show up as “Past Overdue”. I’ve checked several people’s profiles, and that appears to be the case in the 3.4 mirror server but not on the actual Reservations app. We need this to be accurate when considering Bass Media fines and when assessing patrons’ accounts for late offenses and the like.

This is reported on v3.4.0-rc1 and will need to be backported. Probably just a scope somewhere.
