Requirements: Show page needs a delete button

Right now the only way to delete a requirement is from its index table/list. We should add a link on the Requirements show page for individual requirements.

Also the button on the index table says "Destroy", which is perhaps a bit overly-dramatic.

We should really change the text of any button that says "Destroy" - that's just a carryover from scaffolding and Rails defaults. There's no reason why the user needs to see that anyway.

The word "destroy" no-longer exists in the views of release-v3.4 or master, according to grep -rni. :)

Where were the button names changed? I'm assuming it was in other PRs? Regardless, the requirements show page does need a delete button and this can be done in v4.1.
