"Destroy" button on the Blackouts Show page broken

Like many a feature of blackouts, the "destroy" (should be "delete") function on the Blackouts Show page inexplicabily doesn't do what you'd expect, in that it fails to hard-delete until you click the "delete" button on the Blackouts Index page.

This bug can cause confusion and simulation of feelings of memory loss, and should be backported in some manner to release-v3.4.
