[3.4] checkin ux is still kind of sketchy

Not totally broken by any means but I think every time the user clicks in the card to focus the notes field or select/deselect checkin/checkout procedures the item will get toggled for checkin. :(

Definitely not ideal, we're trying to move the jQuery selector to the first child div within the current card to restrict the toggling behavior while maintaining a significant click area.
