Equipment Calendar broken view?

I'm getting a weird overflow issue on Firefox for Windows that isn't replicated on Firefox in my Ubuntu VM, so I'm not sure what's going on. The last day of the calendar on the equipment model show page is overflowing in that browser (see below). I can't replicate on Chrome for Windows or Ubuntu, so not sure how big of an issue this is.

We should make the calendar use bootstrap columns to at least standardize this behavior. I can only replicate on FF in my Fedora machine if I resize my window down to around 800px wide.
Let's just try to get the Bootstrap 3 upgrade done sooner than later?

I'm still seeing this in FF across all widths. Hopefully this would be resolved after #245.

Uhh maybe – this is probably separate from Bootstrap, but if I have time I could roll it into that PR anyway.

Reproduced in Chrome 39 on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
