[v3.4] Calendar availability incorrect

New bug report from BMEC (e-mail below). Let's get this patched quickly (and figure out whether or not it's relevant on v4.0).

Also, when I go to the equipment model page for some items (but not all, apparently), the calendar is inaccurate as to what is available and also I cannot click the forward arrow to change the dates I am looking at. Specifically, I saw this with the Canon Rebels (currently showing 9 available in the calendar view, although we only have two not checked out), Canon Powershots (shows 2 available but there are none), and the iPads (11 available, only 3 or 4 are not checked out or deactivated).

This is the most ridiculous edge case ever.

Steps to replicate

• must be the first of a month
• reservations exist that span beyond the 7th of said month
