Reservation edit popup has weird spacing

Weird spacing in the popup when editing reservations; it's an issue on v3.4 and I'm assuming on v4.0 as well.

This will be the last fix for v3.4.3 unless something urgent comes up this week.

We should also make sure that the popup is only shown if we've changed the equipment item, otherwise it's just annoying.

Ok, fixed the spacing, trying to figure out if we can use JS to compare the current form value to the existing model to trigger the message. Will continue later.

Blergh... ok, this just isn't working. I've tried adding custom JS listeners to modify the data-confirm attribute of the submit button on the form depending on whether or not the equipment object dropdown has been clicked; no dice. I tried adding a comparison to the placeholder attribute as well; no dice. If anyone has any ideas as to how to only show the confirmation popup when the value has been changed and not otherwise, let's implement, otherwise I'll just fix the typos for v3.4.3 and we'll bump the rest.
