Initially I was thinking of doing this, but I do not have enough time these days.

Here are the requirements for it: #670

I am right now working on the front-end, we can coordinate on this.

In discussing this with @to-sta, we're thinking that it's important that we keep the images in a place that's separate from the VPS for security reasons. This could be an Amazon S3 bucket, but ideally something other an S3 such as Digital Ocean (Hacktoberfest 🎃🧡).

I need to get up to speed with what is already done before I can come up with an approach to finishing this.

My first thought, without yet knowing anything about this, is to work from front to back. Meaning start at the frontend and work our way towards the backend. Begin with the UI and file / payload validation. Obviously there's risk in allowing anyone from the public to upload files into the system. Maybe managing that risk is the first big task to handle.
