@spark-ui/select with placeholder does not trigger onValueChange as intended

Description

When I have a select with a placeholder value and I don't have a placeholder item, I expect to be able to select the first item of the select but the first item is not selected instead.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to stackblitz
2. Click on the select trigger
3. Select "item 1"
4. See that the value is not changed
