Add New Order list - OCO REST API operation

First of all, congratulations for this amazing library!

It would be nice to add support for NewOrderListOCO REST API spot operation, as the current NewOrderOCO operation is marked as deprecated.

I see they change header to Deprecated

So I think we not need to implement this anymore
