Describe the bug

The number of answers to a question is not updated after someone's answer has been reviewed and approved.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Bob submit an answer. This answer went into review.
2. Admin review and approve this answer.
3. The number of answers to the question is zero on the list page.

Expected behaviour

The number of answers to a question should be updated after someone's answer has been reviewed and approved.
