Inconsistencies on ATREDIS-2023-0001 advisory

Scrutinizer versions prior to 19.3.1

but later it is mentioned two times that the fixes are in 19.2.2 and 19.3.2 like e.g.:

2023-09-15: Plixer releases updates (19.2.2/19.3.2) within their support portal

So i guess the Scrutinizer versions prior to 19.3.1 should be the following instead?

Scrutinizer versions prior to 19.2.2 and 19.3.x prior to 19.3.2
