Error building enclave image using local images and the containerd image store

I ran into this recently, but I've managed to trace this to an issue with LinuxKit: https://github.com/linuxkit/linuxkit/issues/4045

Filing here because this CLI will likely need to be updated when/if LinuxKit decides to fix this upstream.
