Quantisation fine-tuning

would be cool if there was a editable textbox with the Q value to the right of Quantization slider, so people could fine-tune it easier :-)

A bit more spec, cause I was quite vague due to opening this while at work (naughty!).
Hope this makes sense.

On slidebar click/drag/let-go:

• change Q of canvas
• update textbox value

On textbox LoseFocus || "Enter" keypress:

• change Q of canvas
• update slidebar
