Can't scroll back up the page

I added jump to my project and it worked fine for scrolling to the div I specified. I had it set to scroll to a form with an input and a text field. After I've typed into the text field and then try to scroll back up the page something is preventing me from scrolling to the top of the page. I had to click around the page or attempt to scroll several times before it finally "releases" and lets me scroll up again. The problem only happens when jump is in the code.
