Support struct field goqu: "skipselect"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd Like to use a Struct to select which fields are used in select. One field I have is created via a join, so I'd like to be able to skip it on select.

allow for setting goqu: "skipselect" on the field which I'd like to during skip.

Manually set the fields statically.
