Add Cursor Project Rules

Cursor is moving over from cusorrules file to project rules (.mdc). See here for an example:

Would be nice to build up a set of rules for the project. You can move stuff over from our current Cursor rules file.
To create a Cursor rule, Command-shift-P, then: "File: New Cursor Rule"

Don't take this task if you don't use Cursor as your editor :)

Note: we have some existing .mdc files but they feel overly complicated. The languine rules in the tweet seem better, so use that pattern for rules you add.

• Hey. This hasn't been done yet. It's more of an ongoing task to add more cursor project rules over time to make the ai stronger at when working on the project.

Just keep it simple. Do some research on what works well. But the tweet mentioned probably a good format.
I don't like the current .mdc files we have as they're not easily readable. I don't quite know what's happening in them.

Unrelated to this issue. If you want to do notifications you can, but continue discussion in the relevant issue.
