Running the hello world program freezes the board

Hi all,
I am very interested at the topic of GPGPU programming on the Pi. I am a GPGPU programmer myself and I'd love to get the chance to understand the ins and outs of the low level architecture.

I am using a Raspberry Pi 3. But anytime I execute the simple helloworld program, it freezes the board and I have to shut it down.

Before I delve more into details, is this something you ever experienced?

I increased the memory split to 512 MB but it seems uneffective.

Hi,
I am a GPGPU developper too and I have the same issue e.g. helloworld program freezes my RaspberryPi 3 B+.

Have you found out any solutions ?
