ScrollArea in Scene cannot be scrolled

Describe the bug
ScrollAreas in Scenes don't support scrolling in them.

To Reproduce
Add a ScrollArea in a Scene and try to move it by scrolling.
Instead of moving the ScrollArea, it will move the Scene.

Expected behavior
The ScrollArea scrolls to show the new content.
