Crash on 'Camera Sensitivity' in Settings

Related notes: The bind handler is leaked in CameraConfigureActivity after being bound in Preview. The phone nearly melted and hit a thermal warning of 72 celcius and rising.

Lots of v4-v7 conflicts & external libraries make it hard to tell if it's one of those explicitly not allowing the handler to detach. Refactor some of these dependencies may help the cause. I'll wait until the 112 release before bothering you with these issues again.

Basically whenever the preview is null and the camera is told to open from Preview activity, there's a crash. Seems to be a duplicate of the same issue; closing this one up.
