دریافت خطا هنگام بیلد کردم libcore vs code

سلام من میخوام که libcore رو طبق این لینک داخل فلاتر بیلد کنم. که وقتی دستور
make windows-prepare
رو میزنم با خطای زیر روبرو میشم : make : The term 'make' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify
