Revamp website

Currently k8gb.io website is based on slightly modified jekyll template from standard github pages options.
This worked for a while but long term is quite limiting and we already facing some documentation maintenance issues like #794.
One of the possible options is to switch to https://www.mkdocs.org/ framework to incorporate more structured approach.
