Reuse/enhance terratest test suite for real cluster validation

To avoid human error-prone post-upgrade cluster validation we can reuse and potentially extend the existing terratest suite to be executable against real cluster k8gb deployments.

Automated verification of correctly functioning load-balancing strategies will be a very good post-upgrade smoke test
