Update doc.crds.dev in release pipeline

Currently, https://doc.crds.dev/github.com/k8gb-io/k8gb is not immediately representing the newest available version until somebody access it explicitly, e.g.
https://doc.crds.dev/github.com/k8gb-io/k8gb@v0.8.4

We can easily extend release pipeline ( either https://github.com/k8gb-io/k8gb/blob/master/.github/workflows/release.yaml or https://github.com/k8gb-io/k8gb/blob/master/.github/workflows/helm_publish.yaml) with accessing the URL automatically
