Languages Dropdown is not consistent in kiwix server for nojs and js version

Compare the language dropdowns in these two images, and we'll notice an inconsistency. I have highlighted the differences.

Yes, the concern is that the first letter is not uppercase in the language.

OK, I guess there is somewhere a lowercase() which should not be there then...
