Wrong pop-up placement in dual monitor setup - 1.9.0

[HMDRAMS-DEV]

Used to work fine, updated to 1.9.0 and now the pop-up is showing up at the bottom of my screen instead of just under the menu bar.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Update to 1.9.0
2. Open menu, see pop up in the wrong location

Reproduces how often: 100%
