SI4703.h Issue when compiling for Arduino Nano Every

I've been trying to minimize a radio scanner from the original working prototype design on an Uno down into the Every form factor, but it will not compile for the Nano Every. The explicit error codes seem to be misleading, but the verbose log is showing issues with SI4703.h and GPIO definitions.
