Linking Skill I get 404:not found

Followed the video step by step, but when I come to do the Link account from Alexa I get 404:not found my settings are:

Web Authorization URI* https://ha.p*******.uk:4443/auth/autorize
Access Token URI* https://ha.p*******:4443/auth/token
Your Client ID https://layla.amazon.com/

Pulling my hair out any help would be great

I have managed to get further by starting again, but when I login I get unable to link the skill at this time.
