Remove Go from gvm commands#500

Currently we are using commands like
gvm use go1.23.2
gvm install go1.23.2

what if we remove go from these commands just like nvm, after that it would be more convenient just to write
gvm use 1.23.2
or gvm install 1.23.2

thoughts?
