Gitpod Classic alternatives

Gitpod Classic is EOL on April 2025. We need to find a good alternative with licensing supporting our open-source contributors and capabilities allowing us to compile mp-units there. It might be the new [Gitpod Flex](https://www.gitpod.io/blog/recap-gitpod-flex) or [GitHub CodeSpaces](https://github.com/features/codespaces).
